How does click and collect work?
Using the click and collect service you can shop and pay online and then come and collect your already packed order at a time that suits you.

What if I collect my order and there is a plant or product in it that is not want I want or it isn't what I thought it would be?
We want our click and collect service to be risk free for our customers so will happily swap or refund any plant or product that does not live up to your expectations.  Just get in touch within 2 days of picking up your order.

Where do I collect my order from?
All orders can be collected from our trolley at 316 Gleniti Rd.  Alternatively if you would like to talk to me when you pick up your order we can arrange a time that suits us both.  For any customers without cars or who have mobility issues please e-mail me before you make your order and we'll see what we can do to get the plants to you.

How do I arrange a time to collect?When you are on your shopping cart page before progressing to payment there is a box for noting any special instructions where you can advise which day you'd like to collect your order (please make this at least one full day after you make the order).

Does your click and collect service cost anything? No.  There is no charge to use The Fruitful Potagers click and collect service.
