Itoh peonies are a cross between a herbaceous and a tree peony with a growth form similar to the herbaceous but some of the flower form and colour characteristics of tree peonies.
Bartzella with its large golden yellow flowers with a flush of scarlet at their centre. Reliable and vigorous they are great for vases.
Itohs generally take longer to hit their stride but are well worth the wait. They just need the same amount of space as other peony tubers and grow in a very similar way.
Good quality Southern grown tubers with a minimum of 3 eyes.
