Mentha x piperita Chocolate. A low growing mint with chocolate mint flavoured leaves that always remind me of after dinner mints. Kids love it. Use in fruit salads, desserts and as a garnish. Not quite as hardy as common mint but still easy care. May die down in winter to return in spring. As with all mints best kept in a container as it will spread and needs some moisture in summer to do well. Hardy perennial. 15cm
